The valve has bi-directional sealing and a non-rising stem. The Cylinder head allows the piston to cover the exhaust port before the end of the stroke. This arrangement provides enough damping to protect the valve from shock loading. Body has a bottom preparation for installing tail rod and stem protector. The adjusting nut of the cylinder head prevents the pressure to stem by absorbing the pressure applied to the opening side of the valve. F.C gate valve holds the non-rising stem, floating seat ring body bushing design to provide safe dependable service. The tail rod passing from the gate acts as a pressure balance for the stem that connects the gate to the operating piston & compensates for the volume displaced by the operating stem. Ideally, these valves are suited for drilling Manifolds.
