The orifice has a liner of hard, abrasion resistant material. For the effective operation of the valve at rated working pressure, it has accurate dimensions. Internal parts have proper tensile strength. They can be easily replaced to achieve the required flow rate. An adjustable choke can be converted into Positive Choke by replacing the bonnet assembly with an appropriate blanking plug assembly and choke bean. Positive choke finds application in the oil and gas production equipments and wellhead assemblies.

We supply positive chokes available in flanged ends in standard orifice sizes from 2 1/16" to 4 1/16" with working pressures from 3,000 psi to 15,000 psi and it confirms with A.P.I 6A standards.
